Good music always finds its moment. JADE’s “Angel of My Dreams,” released in July 2024 as her debut solo single, has debuted at No. 70 on the Billboard Hot 100, more than two years after it first came out.
The resurgence started last month, when the track soundtracked Kylie Jenner’s runway walk at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The clip spread fast on TikTok, sending the song back to No. 13 on the UK Singles Chart and onto Spotify’s global chart.
The debut also makes history. JADE is the first member of a British girl group to enter the Hot 100 with a solo single that has no featured artists.
The former Little Mix star told PEOPLE she was “overwhelmed” by the response. She had first seen the placement as a “fleeting moment” and didn’t even watch the show live.
Her debut album, That’s Showbiz Baby!, was shortlisted for the 2026 Mercury Prize. JADE is already working on its follow-up with producer Mike Sabath, an album she describes as “brave” and “bold.”
The angel has officially landed.
